One month ago, I became a home owner! Months ago this was the first property I put an offer on, and was let down when I was told almost immediately after it was going up for auction. I moved on to a couple other properties that had their ups and downs as well. Sure enough this house continued to go up for auction week after week with no bite. When it came back on the market for sale, I jumped on it and snagged it for lower than my original offer. Welcome to me and Jasper's new home!
Hi Amanda! Congrats on your new home. Stopping by to say hi from your mom's blog. That's wonderful that you were able to get it for less. Extra money for decorating!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I've been doing a lot of decorating, there is definitely more to come!
DeleteWelcome to blogland, Amanda. Great that you got your bungalow for less in the end. I have never seen a Goldendoodle, but he looks like a great companion. Greetings, Jo (Tanzania)
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty excited that I saved in the end. Jasper is my main sidekick. Goldendoodle's are smart, friendly and hypoallergenic, great dogs!
